A UK-based global leader in microprocessor programming entrusted Vestian with managing their largest overseas office project in Shanghai, China. Initially tasked with expanding and restacking existing space, our role evolved when the client's rapid growth necessitated a new 60,000-square-foot building. Vestian rose to the challenge, delivering a LEED Gold accredited facility without increasing the original budget or compromising quality.
Challenge
The project's scope dramatically changed mid-process due to the client's sudden regional business growth and increased hiring. This shift required us to pivot from renovating existing space to developing an entirely new building, all while maintaining the original budget and incorporating additional client directives.
Solution

We identified a suitable site for the new building near the existing space and managed its development to LEED Gold standards.
