The client needed to transform 210,000 square feet of raw shell-and-core space into sophisticated, high-end office facilities within an exceptionally tight 6-month schedule. This new office had to be seamlessly integrated with existing premises to effectively share resources and amenities.
Additionally, the design needed to adhere to proprietary High Performance Workplace standards, requiring advanced features such as raised flooring, demountable partitions, and cutting-edge IT infrastructure. The scale and complexity of the project, being the largest fit-out contract awarded for a single phase in India in 2015, demanded meticulous planning and execution to ensure success within the given constraints.
Solution
Vestian developed a strategic Integrated Service Delivery model to address the client's complex needs.
