A leading software company sought to consolidate and expand their footprint in Bangalore. They selected Vestian as their Design & Project Services partner to develop a 150,000 sq ft office space that would inspire their young, energetic workforce while adhering to sustainable design principles.
Challenge
The client needed to efficiently set up an additional 150,000 square feet of office space while sourcing suitable resources and IT infrastructure. The project required balancing cost control with the creation of a sustainable, collaborative, and visually appealing work environment. The design needed to interconnect three floors, emphasize natural materials and lighting, and include state-of-the-art facilities like a Network Operations Center, all within a tight 90-day timeline.
Solution
Vestian tackled the client's needs with a practical, design-focused approach. We themed each floor around Earth, Water, or Fire, using color and décor to reflect these elements. An internal staircase was added to connect all three floors. We used natural materials like wood, brick, and moss to promote sustainability. Natural light was maximized, with LED lights and occupancy sensors added where needed. We installed acoustic features including kite lights and a backlit ceiling mesh for sound management. Custom details ranged from workstations to wall art and personalized name tags. We also integrated a Network Operations Center for real-time product and technology monitoring. By balancing innovative design, sustainability, and cost control, we completed the project within 90 days. The new space meets the client's expansion needs while creating an environment that supports their culture and sustainability goals.
