Sumanth develops and delivers strategic real estate solutions, including Transaction Management, Design & Project Services. Facility Management, and Advisory Services. He joined Vestian in 2014 and relocated to the U.S. in 2016 to work more closely with Vestian’s US based clients with portfolios in India and South Asia. He is an expert in helping his clients achieve their real estate vision in emerging markets. Sumanth holds the prestigious MRICS designation, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Bangalore and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI).
