Ryan, bringing more than 15 years’ experience, is a senior leader in Vestian’s NYC office. He has spent his entire career in commercial real estate exclusively representing end users. Ryan’s track record includes handling multiple lease transactions totaling over 4.5 million square feet in the New York City area and Nationally. He has represented clients such as Time Warner, Kelley Drye & Warren, Berkshire Hathaway, Advent International, BDO, Goodwin Procter LLP, McDermott Will & Emery, U.S. General Services Administration, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Children's Aid Society and Lindenmeyr Central with their office space needs. Prior to joining Vestian, Ryan was a Senior Vice President for Transwestern in New York. As an office leader and senior team member, Ryan was pivotal in growing the office and cultivating a culture that was awarded #1 Place to work by Crains Business journal multiple years.
