Ryan McClay

With over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Development, Management, and Construction Industry, Ryan previously led asset management and development for Forstone Capital where he was responsible for developing and implementing asset strategy for a portfolio comprising of 3 million square feet and various land parcels. In this role, Ryan supervised several major redevelopments and renovations for these assets, oversaw construction and property management, and managed partner relationships. Ryan then became President of Tribus Construction—the construction arm of Forstone—which is a regional firm focused on Construction Management and General Contracting. There, he specialized in ground up construction, retail, corporate interiors, and base building Capital Improvements for several different clients and asset types.
