Michael brings considerable experience and value through his ability to understand, evaluate and analyze the various types of financial structures and strategies available to occupiers as well as his ability to understand ownership groups or landlords underwriting of real estate investments and their expected return on an investment. Michael has significant experience in advising clients through transactions, structuring build-to-suit projects, lease advisory, cost reduction, capital planning, monetization, portfolio planning & management and exit strategies.
