Jason Sheehy

Jason serves as Vestian’s Colorado market leader, bringing close to 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has dedicated his career to representing office space users in the Denver Metro Area and nationally. Over his career, he has produced more than $3 billion in transaction value.

Jason’s focus on implementing creative solutions and strategic plans for his clients’ portfolios has been the cornerstone of his work. His proactive approach and tenacious commitment to providing workplace solutions have directly enabled his clients to modify their portfolios while reducing occupancy costs and achieving long-term strategic goals. He has worked with many esteemed clients, including Wells Fargo, Charles Schwab, Allstate, IHS Inc., General Electric, U.S. Bancorp, BAE Systems, Autodesk, Ch2m, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, PCL Construction, and Hall & Evans.

When Jason is not working, he, his wife, and his young son are active in the Denver community. In addition, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and all the Colorado outdoors have to offer.
