Don is an industry veteran with a passion for helping retailers succeed. Before joining Vestian, he served as a Vice President for Baum where he successfully represented both corporate and franchise owned retailers select and negotiate optimal sites. Prior to Baum, he spent over 12 years on the owner’s side with Inland, gaining invaluable knowledge of what motivates owners. This experience enables Don to negotiate the best possible leases for his clients. He is known for his strong industry relationships and ability to bring pre-market information to his clients. Don is an active member of ICSC and served on the ICSC next generation committee.
