About
Dan is a commercial real estate expert with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Office and Industrial Advisory in North Carolina. Born and raised in New York, he then attended Elon University where he continued his love for baseball and received a BA in Political Science. He even went on to play for the St. Paul Saints in the MiLB before returning to NC with his family in 2000. He is committed to understanding clients' needs and developing strategies that boost profitability and employee satisfaction while optimizing their real estate resources. Outside of his professional life, Dan engages in community service, is an involved member of his church, and actively continues his passion for sports: participating in leagues and tournaments, coaching youth sports, and volunteering for the InterFaith Food Shuttle. He has five children ranging in age from 9 to 27, and five beautiful grandchildren.
