Dan began his career at Equis as a local tenant representative in NYC, and brings 20 years’ commercial real estate experience to Vestian. While at Equis, Dan expanded his expertise to span Portfolio and Transaction Management for several national clients. Prior to joining Vestian, Dan spent 7 years with Cushman & Wakefield. Although now based in Boston, his experience is national. Dan has successfully managed deals in 41 states for clients across a broad range of industries and sectors, established a proven track record of managing high transaction volume, and developed a reputation for providing thoughtful, context-driven solutions and advice. His strong client work and relationships have led him to win several client service awards.
