Bruce is a native of Los Angeles and has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and leadership roles, assisting corporations on new and restructured leases, property acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term strategic planning. His geographical portfolio experience includes most regional areas throughout California, as well other Western states. However, throughout his career, he has negotiated leases as well as property sales in more than 30 states outside of California. His ability to negotiate difficult and complicated transactions has benefited his clients throughout his career. In addition, Bruce’s ability to successfully work with others has always been one of his strength.
Previously, Bruce spent 20 years at Equis Corporation, assisting in the growth of its tenant representation practice throughout California and other western states. Outside of his professional career, his passions include expertise in the practice of martial arts, golf and spending time with family and friends.
