The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Associate to join our team at our global headquarters in Chicago. This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver who is eager to learn and contribute across various marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Associate at Vestian, you'll have the opportunity to wear many hats and gain exposure to multiple aspects of marketing in the corporate real estate industry.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations that showcase Vestian's expertise and personalized approach
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms, aligning with Vestian's brand voice and strategic objectives
- Contribute to content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies that highlight our global reach and industry insights
- Assist in maintaining and updating website content, ensuring it reflects our latest offerings and success stories
- Support the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, and digital assets
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and contribute to data-driven decision-making
- Assist in organizing and managing marketing events, both virtual and in-person

Experience & Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong design skills with proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Experience with Webflow or similar website management platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
You'll Work With
You'll be an integral part of our marketing team, collaborating closely with professionals across various departments, including Business Development, brokers and real estate professionals. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that span Vestian's international offices, gaining exposure to diverse markets and client needs. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Marketing and Sales, you'll have the chance to learn from experienced leadership and contribute to high-level marketing strategies that drive our business forward.
