About the Role
We're seeking motivated interns to join our dynamic Brokerage team at any USA Vestian office location and gain hands-on experience in corporate real estate brokerage. This paid internship offers a unique chance to learn the intricacies of CRE brokerage, from market analysis to deal structuring, all while contributing to innovative solutions for our global clients. You'll work alongside experienced brokers, learning how to navigate complex transactions and maximize value for businesses through strategic real estate decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist experienced brokers on real-world client projects
- Learn to analyze market trends and contribute to strategic decision-making in brokerage
- Support transaction management, including lease negotiations and acquisitions
- Engage in site selection and property tours with the brokerage team
- Assist in preparing market reports, property valuations, and client presentations
- Learn the art of client relationship management in the brokerage context
- Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal preparations
Who We're Looking For
- Current junior or senior college/university student, graduating in 2025 or 2026
- Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in commercial real estate brokerage
- Analytical mindset with excellent research skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn the brokerage business
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable interacting professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Independent worker with a collaborative spirit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Additional Requirements
- Permanent US work authorization
- Ability to work in-person at one of our Vestian offices
- Willingness to pursue a Real Estate License (not required for internship, but beneficial for future career)
