Experience

3-5 Years of experience into commercial interior fit out background (Design & Build/IPC’s, General Contracting) would be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Project Quality Management: Ensure quality code adherence is strictly followed for overall standards as per the expectations set.
  • Site Management: Expected to supervise and monitor project site deliverables on projects undertaken.
  • Project Reports Management: Responsible for preparation of site related reports.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Oversee project procurement management
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management
  • Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MSP)
  • Vendor management skills
  • PMP certification is a plus
