Experience
3-5 Years of experience into commercial interior fit out background (Design & Build/IPC’s, General Contracting) would be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Project Quality Management: Ensure quality code adherence is strictly followed for overall standards as per the expectations set.
- Site Management: Expected to supervise and monitor project site deliverables on projects undertaken.
- Project Reports Management: Responsible for preparation of site related reports.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Oversee project procurement management
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management
- Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MSP)
- Vendor management skills
- PMP certification is a plus
