About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated broker to help launch our Austin, TX office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial real estate professional to drive business development activities, negotiate complex transactions, and provide strategic support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations with prospective tenants or buyers
- Collaborate with senior team leaders in all aspects of evaluation, negotiation, and strategy development for commercial real estate transactions
- Conduct business development activities to generate new leads and opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication and follow-up
- Collaborate new business proposals, property summaries, and client presentations
- Provide industry and market-specific information to clients, maintaining contact information on prospects
- Review and analyze financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and client satisfaction
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics

Experience & Qualifications
Required:
- Active real estate license
- 4-8 years of experience in a commercial real estate brokerage role
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales production
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative information into strategic deliverables
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field
- Experience working in a global real estate firm
