Our team was tasked with managing the development of a 500,000 sq. ft. workspace spread across 9 floors at Prestige RMZ Star tech, Koramangala. Challenge
Our team faced significant hurdles due to supply chain disruptions during a partial lockdown, requiring constant coordination with multiple vendors. Additionally, ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel during the live construction phase amidst the ongoing pandemic presented a critical challenge.

We implemented stringent pandemic protocols at the construction site, successfully safeguarding the health of all personnel and achieving zero Covid-19 cases onsite.
